At MACA Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges on eligible items.

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• All approved returns will be issued as store credit.
• We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or item, based on availability.

Please Note:

• Jewelry is Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All sale items, accessories, and gift cards are also final sale.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shop@macaboutiquenwa.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
